County Home Pros does not sell your personal information to data brokers or unrelated third parties. When you submit a quote request, your information is shared only with local contractors for the purpose of providing you with a quote — which is the service you requested.
Under CCPA, "sale" includes sharing personal information with third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration. Sharing your contact information with a contractor so they can quote you on a job you requested may be considered a "sale" under this broad definition.
If you would like to opt out of having your information shared with contractors, or if you would like us to delete any personal information we have collected from you, please contact us using one of the methods below:
Please include your name, email address, and phone number so we can locate and process your request. We will respond within 45 days as required by law.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA rights. Exercising these rights will not affect the quality of service you receive.
